Mike Arnold has over 22 years experience in the Lighting Industry. Starting his career with Day-Brite Lighting in 1984, Mike has held many positions within the Company including, Quality Engineer, Applications Engineer, Specification Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager and Capri Product Marketing Manager. He has been Director of Sales for Capri Omega since 2003.

Robert Freitag
Capri Product Marketing Manager

Rob has been in the lighting industry for 21 years. The last 8 years have been with Day-Brite|Capri|Omega. Rob has had many roles during that time in the industry, including Marketing Communications, Product Management and Distributor Sales. He is currently the Capri Product Manager. Prior to joining DCO Rob was with Cooper Lighting for 13 years in various marketing and product management roles. Rob has served on a number of NEMA committees and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Kent State University.

Lynn Sears
Capri Omega Lighting Sales Manager

Lynn has worked in different capacities of the lighting industry for over 22 years. He has worked extensively with contractors, distributors and lighting specifiers in sales, quotations and customer support areas. Past positions held were Major Project Quotations Specialist, Omega Product Sales Manager and Southeast District Sales Manager. Lynn's current position is Capri Omega Lighting Sales Manager, which he has held for over a year.

Rick Spencer
Capri Sales Manager

Rick has been in the lighting industry for over 20 years. All of those years have been with the Daybrite Group. He started at the Capri facility in Los Angeles and relocated to Tupelo, MS in 1991. Rick has had many roles over the years with his most recent being in Sales and Product Management.
